Our Home Visit & Advice Service is exactly that. Your local expert will visit your home, so you can discuss your tech needs in-person.
They'll talk provide friendly advice in plain English, no jargon.
We're not affiliated with any brands, and we don't sell any tech, so you can rest assured our advice is unbiased. We'll share our our knowledge and experience of what we think works best.

What's Included
When submitting your booking request please let us know what advice you need. We'll outline how we think we can help, to ensure you're happy before anything is booked.
Typically the service includes:
1 hour in-person visit (or longer if needed!)
Talking with you about the tech you're considering / what you need advice on
Looking at where the best install locations are around your home (e.g. for cameras, WiFi points)
Verbal recommendations during the visit
Follow up with specific advice and device recommendations if required (note we don't sell any tech)
Follow up with quote(s) for our installation and set up services if you buy tech you'd like our help with

We charge £62.50 for a 1 hour home visit and £106.25 for a 2 hour visit.
